A personal note on transitions, fresh starts, and what it really means to create home again.
Over the past couple decades, I’ve made some pretty big moves: Boston to Los Angeles, Los Angeles to New York, Back to LA again. And eventually, from the fast-paced energy of the West Coast to the slower rhythms of Salt Lake City, where I’ve built a life, a business, and a sense of home.
Some of those moves felt like thrilling reinventions. Others felt like I was simply doing what I had to do: meeting the moment, fulfilling responsibilities, making it work.
But what I’ve learned over time is this:
It’s not just about where you’re going. It’s about how you choose to show up once you get there.
Relocation is more than a logistical shift. It’s a transition of identity, routines, relationships, and often who we’re becoming.
That’s why I created this resource:
“Relocating with Intention: Grounding Your Big Move”
Whether you’re moving across town or across the country, this free downloadable guide is designed to support both the emotional and practical sides of your move. Inside, you’ll find:
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to begin.
If you’re in the middle of a transition, or supporting someone who is, I hope this guide gives you a moment to breathe, reflect, and move forward with a little more clarity.
